Lindsay graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2009 with distinction. Through their years as a remedial massage therapist they became curious about how energy and movement could help people improve their health. Lindsay completed their first 200 hour immersive yoga training in Goa, India 2013. In 2016 they completed their second 200 hour training in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Lindsay witnessed through the lens of massage and yoga the interrelationships between structure, function, mobility and vitality as well as their impact on a person’s overall health. This understanding and excitement towards deepening their knowledge led Lindsay toward osteopathy and its ability to work with these aspects of health. They graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2024 after completing their research “The Effect Of Global Osteopathic Manual Therapy On Quality Of Life In An Asthmatic Population: A Case Series” for which they won the William Garner Sutherland Award for advancement of Osteopathy in the field of clinical research.

Lindsay considers themselves to be a bit of a nerd (in an endearing way) when it comes to the study of the body, movement, health and healing. They’re often enrolled in continuing education courses that spark curiosity or would be well suited to the needs of their clients. They have been working in patient centred care for 16 years and are always looking for ways to grow, learn and expand their services.

If they’re not working or studying Lindsay can be found spending time snuggling their puppies at home or having fun playing hockey with their friends and teammates. Nature is another very important facet to Lindsay’s life and vacation time always involves adventures in the remote wilds of Canada and beyond with their partner Matt.

They are registered with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, Manitoba Association of Osteopathic Manual Therapists and Remedial Massage Therapy Society of Manitoba.
